These Terms of Sale governs the sales of products on Medcart website and mobile application (together defined as “Site”). Medcart is Owned Medica Future Portal LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”), Department of Economic Development Dubai under license number 898609, with its office located at Hamdan Innovation Incubator, Business village B, Port saeed, Dubai in the UAE.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with Medcart. By placing an order with Medcart, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms with immediate effect.
You are the only authorized User of the Account you create using Medcart services. The registration action constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and policies of services listed on the Medcart platform. The user is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the data entered. The data needs to be updated by the user that can be amended at any time from the respective interface of the Service. Medcart has no responsibility over the use of the User account and expressly disclaims any liability. Should you suspect that any unauthorized party might be using your Account, you are obligated for your own security to notify Medcart immediately by email at info@medcart.ae. You are authorizing Medcart to use the mobile phone number registered in your account for contacting you to complete the services including sending notifications, text messages for promotions and offers and shipping services.
Orders are placed by the user and Medcart shall confirm to the User the order within Service interface either by email, text messages or platform notification. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you in writing or through a phone call with no charges

By placing your order, you are authorizing Medcart to process the payment through our third-party payment provider to process your credit/debit card details for the amount of your order. You may be required to create an account for you with our third-party payment provider. This means you accepting their standard terms and conditions and authorize us to submit your details to them on your behalf.
We accept payments online using Visa, MasterCard and AMEX (valid for UAE only) credit or debit card in the currency of the country where the User is located at the time of ordering.
The User can select which payment method as displayed during the order process as displayed for selection. If for any reason the online payment transaction is declined, Medcart is entitled, at its soles discretion, to cancel the order.
All prices are quoted in UAE local currency (Dirhams). Where VAT is applicable the prices displayed on the platform will be VAT inclusive. Medcart reserves the right to change prices as to update them at any moment.
The User may not be able to amend the order once it has been confirmed. The user can cancel the confirmed order prior to shipping. Medcart may cancel the order if the payment is not processed or you do not allow us, within a reasonable time, to deliver the products to you or collect them from us.
Delivery cost and estimated delivery date will be displayed during the process of completing the order. In case of delivery delay that is outside of our control, Medcart will contact you to let you know and take the necessary action to minimize the delay effect. The user is responsible to provide accurate address details and respond to communication that shall take place to arrange the delivery by our third party shipping provider. In the event of inavailability to receive the item after confirmation of delivery date & time, re-arranging the delivery will be charged for its cost. Medcart is responsible to provide the user with the receipt upon delivery.
Medcart may deem necessary at certain situations to verify your identity and/or ownership of the credit card by requesting that you provide us with further information such as identification and/or credit card. If we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide, we have the right to refuse delivery and cancel the order.
In the instance of Delivery Overseas is required, you are required to ensure that your ordered products can be lawfully imported, comply with all laws and regulations and to pay all fees and customs duties relevant to your purchase.
An electronic invoice will be issued for your purchase and send to you to the email addressed that is registered in your account
Return of item is acceptable in the following cases:
The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. The item must be unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags.
You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange items in the following cases
to rearrange a return: contact us using our email, live chat on the platform or call us on the mentioned phone number on our website
For items that are not delivered, you will receive a full refund if you cancel the order under clause 5
For items that are delivered, and are applicable for return as per clause 7, Medcart will refund you the item amount in full plus the return shipping cost
The refund will be issued to you as per your payment method i.e to your credit card or to your wallet
